The Rhinelander Police Department Records Division is responsible for keeping and maintaining the records of the Rhinelander Police Department.  Those records include state accident reports, voluntary accident reports, offense reports, and citations.  If you would like a copy of a record, please contact the Rhinelander Police Department Records Division at (715) 365-5300 during normal business hours.  You may also obtain a copy of an accident report by clicking on the link below.  Be sure to include your name, an address or fax number where the accident report is to be sent, the case number, the date of the accident, and the location of the accident in your email to ensure you receive a copy of the accident report in a timely manner.  Faxed or mailed copies are assessed a $5.00 fee which needs to be paid for prior to the accident report being sent out.  Also, there is a $.25 per page fee for accident reports that are picked up in person at the Rhinelander Police Department.
