Rhinelander
Police
Department
The Rhinelander Police Department Field Training Program began in October of 1994.  At that time, the Field Training Program consisted of four certified Field Training Officers (FTO).  The Field Training Program has evolved since that time and there are currently six certified Field Training Officers and one certified Field Training Supervisor.  The Rhinelander Police Department Field Training Program is a fourteen week training program where newly hired police officers learn how to properly perform their duties.  The Field Training Program is a critical component of the Rhinelander Police Department.  If you have any questions about the Field Training Program, please contact any of the Field Training Officers listed below.
